Systems Engineering (Overview) Course

This one-day training course provides a high-level overview of the systems engineering method and how it applies to high technology projects. It is specifically designed to introduce students to the real-world systems engineering issues likely to be encountered by staff working alongside a system engineering team.

Participants learn about the key systems engineering design steps of operational analysis, requirements development, architecture design, functional analysis and synthesis.  To complement the introduction to system design, participants also learn about how systems engineering project processes covering systems engineering management, verification & validation program, configuration management and requirements management. Systems Engineering (Introduction) Course

This two-day training course provides a practical introduction to the systems engineering method and how it applies to high technology projects. It is specifically designed to provide a comprehensive overview of all the real-world systems engineering issues likely to be encountered by staff working alongside a system engineering team.

Participants learn about the key systems engineering design steps of operational analysis, requirements development, architecture design, functional analysis and synthesis. Systems Engineering (Intermediate) course

This three-day training course provides a practical introduction to the systems engineering method and how it applies to high technology projects. It is specifically designed to provide a comprehensive overview of all the real-world systems engineering issues likely to be encountered by staff working alongside a system engineering team.

Participants learn about the key systems engineering design steps of operational analysis, requirements development, architecture design, functional analysis and synthesis. At the conclusion of each technical design module, participants partake in an instructor lead demonstration and learn how the systems design process and system model are practically developed. To complement system design processes, participants also learn about how to implement systems engineering project processes covering systems engineering management, verification & validation program, technical risk management, configuration management and requirements management.
